Mr. Pawan Agarwal has been a member of the Company’s Board since August 27, 2007. Additionally, he holds the position of Deputy Managing Director at DB Corp Ltd. (DBCL), the flagship company of the Dainik Bhaskar Group. Mr. Agarwal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University, USA. He has further enriched his education by attending various leadership and strategy programs at Harvard and Stanford University.

With over 15 years of experience in the publishing business, Mr. Agarwal is a key figure in the IT and infrastructure development within the group. His interest in media extends to both print and electronic platforms. Actively involved in the launch and management of the My FM radio station in 30 cities, he demonstrates leadership in diverse media ventures.

As an active member of the Regional Committee of IFRA, the world’s leading association for newspaper and media publishing, Mr. Agarwal continues to contribute significantly to the industry. His noteworthy contribution to Indian Language Journalism has earned him recognition and an award from the Prime Minister.
